Program Overview
The series of workshops in the Strategic Human Resource Management Certificate Program will better position Human Resource professionals as vital business partners by establishing links between the HR function and the organization’s other strategic business units. These modules cover advanced topics in the area of HR management, including: HR planning, communications and group dynamics, understanding and preventing workplace violence, and internal consulting skills for HR professionals.
