Program Overview
The workshops in the Employment Law Certificate Program offer an overview of the complicated legal issues associated with day-to-day employment related decisions and actions. These sessions provide updates on recent legislation and court cases defining employer/employee rights and obligations and techniques used to identify and prevent legal problems. The Employment Law Certificate Program provides participants with an overview of employment law and covers important topics such as: HR management and the law, equal employment opportunity law, employee and labor relations, and harassment in the workplace.

Human Resource professionals and others looking to build and maintain competency and currency in employment law practices will benefit from the Employment Law Certificate Program. Experienced, as well as newly appointed, professionals in the HR field will benefit from these workshops.
