Program Overview
The Supervisory Management Development program focuses on the critical mind-set changes and competencies required to become an effective manager. By using an array of active learning techniques that focus on “real life” workplace problems, this concentrated program equips supervisors with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to lead individuals and teams while successfully contributing to the organization’s goals. Our program workshops are led by experts and key industry leaders who provide a forum for an open exchange of ideas and experiences amongst the participants. The program concludes with each participant developing an action plan for implementing specific initiatives back on the job.

Who Should Attend?
Supervisors who want to establish a performance-focused culture, drive organizational change and deliver results essential to company growth will benefit from this course of study. The program will help supervisors retain talented employees by ensuring that they are fully engaged and working toward their potential, while building a cohesive and efficient work team.

Skills You Will Acquire
Supervisory managers play a vital role in strategy execution. They are the pivotal link between organizational leaders and the workforce, and they are in a unique position to influence performance, productivity, alignment with company goals, and commitment to achieving results. This program will help new supervisors adjust to the realignment in mind-set, focus, and behavior required for successful transition into a management role. After completing this program, participants will have the necessary knowledge and skills to transition out of the role of an individual contributor and into the role of supervisor.
